The service itself was on point and informative though the whole process. Really wasn't a fan of someone connecting electronics to my Bluetooth.

In previous visits with the service department I received a courtesy wash and vacuum. I did not this time. Also in previous visits the oil change took about 45 minutes. This time it was over.1 1/2 hours.
