Called to get scheduled because my maintenance required light came on, it said “trac off” and my heat also wasn’t working. Had the service team do a complete diagnostic and told them to fix everything and have the car running perfectly so it could last until I needed another car. When I went to pick up my car, the maintenance required light was still on. I got back out and went to the desk, and asked the service guy why the light was still on when I was expecting to pick my car up in perfect condition. The service guy said he couldn’t tell me why the light was on, thst it might mean it needed an oil change or tires rotated. I asked him if the car needed an oil change and it was there to be serviced and specifically there because the maintenance required light came on- why would that not have been done. The service guy became frustrated with me not understanding, had an attitude and was very rude. I asked him not to have an attitude and to speak nicely and he walked away into the back and said he “didn’t have an attitude “ in an even more frustrated tone. Worst “service” I’ve ever received. The man said his name was Dean. Long story short- took my car in because it said maintence required, picked my car up with the maintence required light still on. Left in tears because of how the service guy spoke to me. Very uncomfortable with the entire process and very uncomfortable with nothcut Toyota.

I paid to have my tires rotated and balanced. They forgot to put 2 of my valve stem caps back on and left a chunk of mud in my right rear wheel. I can’t imagine it will be very balanced. I expected a better job from a dealership. Especially since I’ve bought 4 vehicles from y’all in the past few years. Better service really does seam to be in the city. That’s twice in a row something hasn’t gone to plan there. I also would have thought the rotation part would have been free since I purchased the tires from you guys. Luckily, I found out Discount Tire does rotate them for free. If the Service Manager would spend more time watching the shop and less time on fb, some of this could be avoided.

My only negative comment is I wish they would leave our headlights in the auto position. The last two times we have had service we start driving at night and have to pull over to find the light switch. We literally never turn it off and when you start driving at night it’s hard to find the switch. Can we not set things back the way they were when the vehicle came in??

I want to speak with the GM/Owner before I go directly to Toyota. I have never had such horrible service in all my years of owning several Toyota’s. The service department customer service needs a complete overhaul. I was charged $180 for service I have a warranty plan for. I called my original dealer to confirm. First guy said he checked the on ramp system but lied because then the employee with the red beard found our coverage in guess where the on ramp system. Then they both lied saying there was a gab between 25k-27k before our extended coverage started. I’m currently at 26k. Found out again through the original dealer that too was a lie. Then the guy with the red beard sarcastically pointed to a sign above the door behind him saying I should’ve told them. First nobody is going to look UP to read a sign before they go talk to an employee sitting there. Why we’re we not asked and why does every single person including me the first time I came in at only 5k need a breather and cabin air filter.You shouldn’t be trying to sell people stuff they don’t need and treating customers like I was treated yesterday was disgusting. They were not friendly from the time we pulled in. I wasn’t happy the first time I went to your dealership but I thought well everyone has bad days so let’s give them another chance. After yesterday I was not quiet in the least when I left there and I can promise you that my husband (American Legion Commander, VFW) and I (a Director for American Legion Riders) will be spreading our review across the state. Thank goodness I gave you a try again before my neighbor (whom wants a car just like mine) went to guy her car. I’ll be directing her to Post Oak.
I want a refund and disciplinary action on the two gentleman that lied and was sarcastic NOT professional. If I don’t at least get a refund my next step will be Toyota to obtain that refund.
I’m a very blunt not shy or quiet woman so it makes me wonder how many people are getting run over by your dealership.
