Randy was very thoughtful, detailed, and extremely helpful. Things were hectic and busy in the service area, but he took the time to fully explain the issues with my car, and help me make the right decisions. He was very professional.

There is one unanswered questio. The radio screen and the the information screen between the speedometer and rpm screen completely blacks out when the sun is shining. It’s a safety issue. Kaylee said it takes a separate appointment. We better make it. Kaylee does a fine job.

When we arrived for our appointment people in red shirts were sitting there and did not seem helpful or friendly. Someone told us where to park (she was nice) and then we had no idea what to do next. A person came up and said to go inside and we did, but then nobody was there to direct us. Finally someone helped and he seemed a little off as well. So we came to find out that the person assigned to us was not there, he was on lunch break. well, the car was serviced and then the guy assigned to us (**** Stanton) checked us out. He was very nice and friendly.
