The service guy was rude and lied to us. Told him to do an oil change and he never did. The piece of paper said they did but they didn’t. I do not trust them at all. Also took a day and half to change tire out. They are scams.

I was so happy with my sales experience when I bought my Highlander years ago and had planned on purchasing my next car at Markquart. I have always been happy with the service that I have gotten and have always driven the 150 miles to Markquart to get my car repairs done. I don’t only speak for myself but of my family who live in Eau Claire. After this experience, you lost my business along with my family’s. This all could have been handled so differently by my representative. Randy, you certainly didn’t represent Markquart the way it should have been.

I came in for a brake inspection, it took 2.5 hours before I even got a quote. Prices are way overpriced. I did like the text updates, but would have liked more communication via that texting system or with the tech. I was told when I made my appointment that it would take “maybe an hour.”
