The tune-ups that require $200-$400 dollars are ridiculous to spring on someone coming in for a simple oil change. This BS should be discussed when someone buys a vehicle. Vehicle has been serviced numerous times. Charged for wash, that wasn't given up until last servicing. Some other small things, but is what it is I guess.
