Not happy to pay service fee for using my credit card. Used to be the cost of doing business. Also the service too took 3.5 hours instead of 1.5 as told. I would have requested a loaner if I had known.

Never was notified that vehicle was ready to pick up. Upon arrival a representative I’ve never spoke to decided they didn’t even have to confirm I was the primary driver to pick the vehicle up. Gave me my key and told ne to walk to my car. Didn’t go over any information on what services was done to my vehicle especially when I was told they’d check it out for a recall. Worst part is trying to scam me. Was told “cleaning induction” is complimentary then was told if I wanted a lower fee they’d remove that service.
