I have taken my car in for service for about 3-4 times and every time I get it back with the steering wheel and door handles dirty because of the technicians hands. The cars interior is white and you guys always return it dirty. This time the hood was left with the hand print of oil when they closed the hood. The windows were left dirty as if they just threw water and used a used dirty rag. I understand the car wash was complimentary but next time just skip it if they’re going to do a half assed job. My car windshield was left dirtier with dry water streaks. I have always done these surveys and told the attendant about the greasy hand prints in my door panel and steering wheel. That would make the service 100% better. Please relay the message.

Hayden didn’t explain the charges properly . He wanted to charge me for a battery service I had done on my previous service visit. And was led to believe the service items I was getting done were complementary. Nevertheless I still paid the bill. So I also asked him if he could charge the car battery when they were done and he didn’t charge the car. I don’t feel comfortable driving under 20 % battery but didn’t have the time to wait for a charge. Also when I turned the car on to leave the computer was not reset and stated it needed service. Hayden had to get a service tech to reset the computer. Taking even more time to go on my way. Little things add up and make for unsatisfying experience.
