I received a text message while waiting on my vehicle. I was not aware that I was supposed to select which extra service I wanted for my vehicle and as a result I ended up waiting longer than expected. It would be nice to have more clarity or to have had someone to come and talk with me in case I didn’t respond to the text message. I work overnight and I spent an extra hour there and I didn’t need to all because I did not know to respond to a text message and no one came to inform me of that.

The technician identified a cross threaded lug nut and recommended replacement. I agreed (although this dealer is the only one who has ever serviced this car) but the service advisor later called me and said they had forgotten to install the lug nut and I was driving on 4 lug nuts, so I’m returning tomorrow to have that done.
