I believe the Service Advisors should personally contact you instead of simply sending a text with a link to approve service for your vehicle. I was waiting at the dealership so it would have been easy to make contact in a timely manner. Also, I made an appointment with a specific Service Advisor. Once I arrived I was told he was on vacation. Why was I allowed to schedule an appointment with someone who wasn't going to be there?

I asked for a small piece of plastic hanging loose in the engine compartment to be reattached I had found while checking the oil one day. I was told I would have to pay $100 for this to be reattached. I have no idea how the piece came loose. But what I do know, is Tuscaloosa Toyota is the only shop I let maintain my cars. I have a service history with Tuscaloosa Toyota dating back to 2003 servicing my Lexus, Corolla, and 3 Camrys. Not to mention I purchased a Camry from Tuscaloosa Toyota. Seems to me, that Tuscaloosa Toyota would have gladly put back on that small piece of plastic at no charge for my loyalty and money spent over all these years.
