When my wife drops off, I get a large recommended service bill. When I drop off, it is minimal. I feel like your dealership is taking advantage of women or your sales men are on Commision and push things that aren’t actually needed. As a customer that has serviced their car exclusively at tuscaloosa Toyota and purchased a vehicle with you, it makes me question whether I should continue to servicing and my relationship with Tuscaloosa Toyota.
