Everyone at T-Toyota is great. I’ve trusted Chuck for a very long time. I recently had a friend work with Chuck, and my friend had nothing but praise. It’s difficult to find someone you really trust in the car service business, but Chuck is the man. Y’all need to do all you can to keep him THERE and HAPPY. My appointment was at 11am, I arrived 10 minutes early and still had to wait almost 30 minutes before someone came and checked me in. To make matters worse, another customer arrived and was checked in within 2-3 minutes after arriving….as I watched. That’s unacceptable and very bush league customer service.
I’ve been a customer for almost 16 years but likely my last time bringing any of my vehicles here.
