I scheduled the appointment on 1/24/25. I arrived early for my appointment on 1/27/25 then waited a little over the quoted time for nothing to be accomplished. The reason for this inconvenience was indicated by the part being on back order. This is all understandable, however this points to a possible communication breakdown. I can imagine someone in the shop or parts department knew the part was not at Tuscaloosa Toyota but I bet the scheduler had no idea. The scheduler could have put me on hold made contact with the shop or parts to find this information Friday and informed me that I would receive a call back once the part was available. Instead I wasted 2.5 hours today. Communication was the miss today, this could have been avoided.

Had cabin and engine air filter replaced
Along with inspection. For 20,000 mile
I like the text and update communication ftom both of them
“I was unable to send my response via text , but I called and chase called me back and I informed him - to let tech go ahead with new filters - only took a few minutes as Chase explained he was with another customer “

He was calm , and even looked at my phone response that didn’t go through
