Appointment was at 10:30 and it took 3 1/2 hours to complete my service!! This is entirely too long to wait! Disappointed that it took that long for a tire rotation and balance. Tire repair also.

Door panel is loose after the fix on the window was done which removed the door panel for the replacement part to be installed. Also, the tint on the window has a scratch at the top
