The rattle in the driver side door is gone. Maybe just taking the door off and putting it back on must have helped.

Chad was helpful and good to keep me updated on the progress of my truck’s recall repair. I am not , however pleased about Chad’s report that the truck battery is now drained and will not respond to charging. Although Chad said that the battery was old, I was having no issues with cranking prior to bringing my truck to your dealership. He also asked if I wanted to purchase a new battery. As indicated, as I was having no issues with cranking, it appears to me that the dealership is responsible for the condition of the battery.
