Chuck Sansing is an extraordinary Service Technician. He is very professional and thorough in explaining the reviews and recommendations. As a woman, I often worry if I will be treated with respect when it comes to automobile service. With Chuck, I never have to worry. He makes me feel appreciated for bringing my vehicle to Tuscaloosa Toyota for service. Chuck knows his stuff and excels in explaining everything. Think about having Chuck do a commercial for Tuscaloosa Service. I’d be lost without his expertise.
