I had to call 5 times to get through to someone for a simple update on the prognosis. The sales manager ended up fielding the call he was the first person who actually answered the phone. I was told “answering the phone knowing the customer might be upset is difficult.” I have worked in customer service my entire life. A simple “we haven’t gotten to your truck yet” would have been nice.
I picked up my truck, not fixed, I paid for the part. I will be back next week. I expect this will not happen a second time. Commercial vehicles loaded with tools should be a priority.
