Too expensive and 2.5 hours for routine maintenance when I had an appointment is unreasonable. Will be going elsewhere. Otherwise, pleasant staff.

Everything went smoothly and everyone was nice, but we waited 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation that we had scheduled an appointment for. If it takes 2 hours for a basic service, you definitely need to reevaluate how you schedule appointments.

I did not appreciate the way the service attendant spoke to me. She spoke down to me. She made it extremely uncomfortable and I am hesitant to return. Also I had an appointment at 9:30 for an oil change. I was given an estimate of 11am end time. My car was not done til after noon. No one gave any updates. Over 2 and half hours for an oil change is ridiculous when I had an appointment set.
