I have to say that this experience was probably the best experience I have had dealing with car issues! From the very beginning Jasmine was helpful and understanding. I was having engine issues and it turned into a "series of unfortunate events" type deal. She was very communicative about what was going on each and every step of the way. She would even notify me of her availability before hand. After she was instrumental in having my engine covered under the power train warranty, and the engine was fixed, I then had a problem what turned out to be my catalytic converter-Jasmine to the rescue yet again! My converter ended up covered as well. Upon picking up my car, I was given a treat as it was my birthday. I forget the name of the other lady who helped me (sorry), but everyone was nice and very professional. Shot out to the mechanics who fixed my car and management who hired people who value customer service! Glendora is the best Hyundai location for me!

Friendly, excellent customer service. Notify me regarding my car as needed. The only thing is they were not able to put the temperature gauge in the left corner of the navigator . Other than that the service was very expensive . On top of it charging 3% when using credit card

I thought I had received great customer service but that was before I showed up to the appointment they scheduled for me to get my new tires and no tires had been ordered for me. Apparently, I was supposed to be charged for them in advance, which no one told me. I wasted an hour for nothing and have to go back again. I’m so scared to drive my car with my non-existent treads another week because my service person didn’t do the required steps.

I had a check engine light on and a start brake light on. I was informed that it needed a knock sensor replaced. OK but what about the start brake light that is on they couldn't tell me what was up with that. I am still dumbfounded as to why they cannot et me know exactly what's up with these two malfunctions. They say they as to start one Ata time until the problem is fix. I was not satisfied so I paid for the diagnosis and I left. I am now getting this knock sensor replaced, and I am hoping it fixes the problem.
