My keychain was not given back to me. I had just gotten my daughter picture on a heart shaped key chain and my house keys were in it .
I had to wait two hours for my husband to arrive since I didn’t have my house keys .

A shout out to John, service manager, for being helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. However, I was really disappointed when I picked up my car from the dealership after the vehicle was detailed inside and out with a ceramic coating. There was residue on the car from the coating. After I pointed it out, Christian drove it back to the detailer to whip the car clean. When it was brought out again, there was still residue that hadn’t been wiped clean. The service manager with a cloth, and I went all thru the car again. The service manager shouldn’t have had to do that. I paid $1,295 for this service so I expected everything to be wiped clean. Other than that, I am really happy with my car in general.
