Took the car in and nothing was really done. My navigation worked before I took it in. Whatever the techs did made it to where my built in navigation doesn’t work now. I also bought the recommended as card for the update, I downloaded the update on the as card and attempted to download the update. The vehicle still doesn’t accept the update. Still need help with the original issue and now I also need help restoring the built in navigation worked.
