My vehicle was misdiagnosed again. Told I needed work I did not need . Stopping payment I paid yesterday . I originally brought my car to you in February after being told by another mechanic I needed an engine . We looked up the warranty extension and my car fell into each category. Your tech said I needed a trans sensor . I paid $1600 only to have my car to the same thing . Took it back to you and was told I needed a alternator . I removed my car and took it to another mechanic and was told my alternator was fine but I had a code that indicated I need an ENGINE ! Your technician is obviously not diagnosing properly. I will be filing a complaint and want all my money I have paid to this dealership.

I am beyond Impressed, Grateful, Amazed at the Wonderful service I received from Cristian Juarez. I took my car in as it seems the thermostat thingy was sticking, not only did Cristina text me all throughout the day with updates on what was going on with my car but he called around to other dealers to see if they had the part, unfortunately it had to be ordered, however the part came in right away and my car is all fixed.
