Took much longer then expected just to change a part and when delivered my light gray interior had a few stains of black oil on seats and around, who ever worked on my car , very unprofessional. Not happy about that experience

Saul Mejia is the reason I will return to Glendora Hyundai for future service visits. From the initial greeting to walking me to the car when the service was completed, Saul gets a perfect 10! His friendly demeanor, attention to detail and explaining everything in laymen’s terms made it an overall pleasant experience. Kudos to Saul and also John Tait for having Saul on his staff.

Few observations- Original appt - when I made it I was instructed I couldn’t do the recall at same time as oil change due to fact it was at 2pm. When I arrived for the appt I had to asked if the recall could be added . I’m curious shouldn’t that be important for your CSR team to make sure customer take care of The recalls ? yet no one mentioned until I asked again upon my arrival and it then accommodated . Which was Much appreciated however I’m curious as if the wrong fuse was pulled for ABS recall or why battery had been unhooked during an oil change. Car radio and clock was not reset when I received the car back. I Also wondered if because I used the letter for a complementary oil change that no car wash was included. The letter also was about trade in yet not one salesperson asked me or was brought to me after I turned in the letter. The letter seems like it was a good marketing thought as you got me back in the door after year of not coming due to poor service during engine install year before. Overall, I left feeling as if I got different treatment due to using the complementary oil change and that I had an older vehicle.

I believe Allyson Marring, the rep that serviced my car today, is racist. The minute I walked into the door I was met with a very aggressive and condescending tone. I walked in, said hello and that I was there to get my serviced. She immediately told me to go wait outside even though it was 90 degrees today. I did ask she asked. She then called me in, never introduced herself, or welcomed me. She immediately started aggressively asking why I hadn't broughten my car in sooner, that my car had SO many miles, I felt like I was 5 at the principal's office. I want to make it clear that I was never rude to Allyson, I simply went in today to get my car serviced. I never expected to be treated so aggresively, I don't even get spoken like this by my own manager at work so why was this the case here? Before I left, as I was paying for my service, I told Allyson that her tone was very condescending. She simply said "aww srry you feel that way, make sure to sign here, and also sign this page right her." She never said anything else after that. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity. The only thing I did wrong was walk into a racist establishment as a Latina.
