Your personnel is fantastic. I drive almost 2 hours to get to you every time I need service because of them. I always always always stop in to see Ping. The gentleman who checked me in today had such a great attitude. It was worth the drive and fighting the traffic both ways.

I was helped by Christian during my recent service visit, and the experience wasn’t great. He came off a bit rude and asked me to wait outside the office, which felt unprofessional. He wasn’t very helpful in explaining service options, and I had to call my husband to clarify things. I also waited about an hour to get my car back, and he left his desk without checking in again. Overall, not the best customer service experience

I had an early 730am appointment and there was several people that came in after me that were done before my car. It really isnt fair that I had an appointment and I was last to be done, I had a just came for an oil change. You should really do cars in the order that people come in and who had appointments first. This is the first time I had bad customer service at this location and I been a loyal customer for 10 years.
