the work was done. the staff was nice, but am still getting the same DTC code on the vehicle. not sure why still get DTC codes we ithin 24 hours after using car, when they said that code was fixed and shouldn't come back again. but yet within 48 hours the same DTC code keeps coming back. very frustrating!! this is the 3-4 time seeing this code come up and not fixed.

Had to wait 3 hrs just to get my front headlight fixed and i had an appointment. Wash changed ove $100 when i was quoted $50-65 the week before. Yes, i was given a discount but having to wait 3 hrs when i was told it would only be 30min…. No was not satisfied with the service. The advisor was apologetic but still i had to wait 3 hrs .

Looks really nice and shiny and runs great so far everything is good. Would’ve been nice if you could’ve cleaned out the floor in front of the driver, but that’s OK. I met a good friend and that makes it even better.

I am still within the warranty period for my car. During a routine multi-point inspection, a faulty component was found that needed replacement. Since they needed to order the part, I was asked to go home and wait. Days went by without any updates or communication from them. After eleven excruciating days, I called them, only to be told that I need to bring my car back in for them to take new pictures and confirm the fault before they can order the replacement part and proceed with the repair. I am utterly outraged by their lack of communication and consideration. How could they leave me hanging for so long without any updates? And now, I have to make an additional trip to the service center just because they failed to properly document the issue the first time? This is completely unacceptable service. I am fuming with anger and frustration over their ineptitude and disregard for my time and convenience. What an absolutely maddening experience this has been! I demand a resolution and better treatment moving forward.

My 2024 Kona was in for recall issues. It was my first experience with the service department . Ally was great! She gave me frequent updates on my car she went above and beyond was also very thoughtful switching me from a sedan to an SUV loaner, which my joints really appreciated!
