It took over three and a half weeks from the time I called to the time of my appointmen. That doesn't seem right for a simple change. I've been changing my own oil four over fifty years. I know how much time it takes.I know you do more than just change the oil

I am very happy with the service I received at CardinaleWay Hyundai on 9/14/24. The service manager, John, came out of his office to assist me when his staff was busy helping other customers. John scheduled my oil change and tire rotation service appointment. John also asked his service team, Rene, to assess & advise the rear spoiler on my car, which had come loose. They were able to diagnose & repair the spoiler at no extra charge! Additionally, John thanked me for my business! That’s unheard of these days! Thank you John, Rene & Hyundai team for a great experience!
