I pulled into the service driveway for my scheduled appointment at the dealership and sat in my car for ten minutes and no one came to wait on me. There were no other customers there. Meanwhile a second customer arrived and parked in the lane next to me. She got out of her car and went to get help. And obviously knew that no one was going to wait on her. Your customer service tech took her first. Curious as to why you kept sending me reminders about the appointment when it did not matter. What horrible service. Please do not contact me about this matter. Just get your act together. Oh, and spend 30 seconds to explain the service you did actually did to the car at pick up time.

After waiting 4 hours for my service to be completed (they knew I was waiting and marked my sheet to indicate as much), I noticed upon pick up that they didn’t check any fluid levels because my washer fluid for my windshield wipers was still low. My car and the app both alerted to me that this was the case. Unfortunately I didn’t have the time to wait for them to fix that as I had to pick up my kids (it was after 5 by the time I left for a 1:00pm appointment). I also wasn’t told my car was finished, I walked over from Starbucks and was informed it had just been finished 5 minutes prior. This is my second time not having a great experience as at my last visit, they were supposed to order a part to fix my automatic windshield wipers and said it would be in stock in 2-3 days. I never received a call to have the piece replaced and of course by my next appointment (which is this appointment), it was gone and I will have to go back for it & wait for another phone call. Further at my appointment before this one, I had been complaining about the Apple CarPlay not working properly. The serviceman at the time indicated it was because I was using “gas station cords.” I wasn’t and had tried different cords including Apples to no avail - it kept disconnecting. Low and behold, online there is a lot of commentary regarding this being a common issue and that it requires a manual fix meaning going inside and fixing some wiring. I made this complaint at my first two visits & figured I will go to another Hyundai dealership to have it fixed once they replaced the windshield part. I also want to mention, I had to point out to the guy checking me in at this visit that my service was still covered by warranty and should be free as he noted I would owe $103 for the service. When he went back and checked, he agreed it was free and the next one would be also. Had I not known better, I would have given away $103 for no reason at all.
