I was quoted one price for my tires and charged a different price. I was told it would take an hour and a half, maybe a little more and it took two and a half hours. I had to rush to a meeting. First time that I have been unhappy with my service there.

I'm always treated well by Toyota of bourbonnais and I trust them. I think Toyota cars are the best however I wouldn't let them build a computer. It told me my son roof was open at 7:00 in the morning on a winter day so I rushed out in my underpants only to find the sunroof closed and to wave at the school children walking by. What an embarrassment!
