The service recived on my 2021 RAV 4 was a good one. I was provided a ride home by porter Frank and picked back up a couple hours later when my car was finished,very professional. Arrived at my appointment time and the Service Department was prompt in asking me what my vehicle was in for. Was told they were busy and short staffed, I said it wasn’t a problem. I was out in a little over an hour. Was informed that I would need brakes and given an estimate and said that it needed to be done soon. Great customer service and friendly staff
