I wanted to talk to mechanic. Its not what Dan said they did. I had a list written of issues with Prius. I wint bring in again at 3:30. Didnt hear anything by noon folloeing day. Dan didnt answer VM- i called 3 times. He got oaged and nice frint end lady went iver to ask him to call me. Got text at 4:30. I got angry because he kept saying check engine light was on. Prius has 20 warning lights. Check MOTOR light was in. I asked gor 2 things. That light and 12v battery test with paler readout. I fudnt feel he listened to my request and contonued about 5 times to repeat check engine light was in. Which it wasnt.

I specifically told the check in person I was not having my tires rotated. He noted on the work order. I also left a sticky note on the steering wheel. I had been told by the lady who scheduled me that I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I live 2 hours away. But come to find out I only needed a tire rotation which I didn’t want. But apparently the he technician did but then undid. So it took the full hour. Was a total waste of my time. I am not upset with the office people, they are outstanding!!! I am highly disappointed with the technician.
