Dylan was very helpful and I have no complaints about him. But, it was disappointing that I had to take a 2nd day off work, drive from Trinidad to get there and find out that the parts/spare tire that was supposed to have been ordered the week before, were not. I ended up being there from 10am to 5pm to get services completed because they had to scramble to try to get parts. The Maint REOD light was still on when I got in vehicle at end of day, I had told Dylan it was on since the work they did last week. They were supposed to check/reset, but didn't. I was too tired and hungry from waiting all day to bother going back in again and asking about it. I leave for a trip to Wisconsin next week (which is why I wanted things checked and for sure wanted the bad spare tire replaced) and now I had to order a spare tire from another location and will have to make a 3rd trip back to Pueblo to pick it up. I'm glad the mechanics were able to do the work/find parts, but it was disappointing that it wasn't handled correctly from my initial visit (4 hours).

I am very dissatisfied with the communication and service since I have bought my vehicle. I called to set up an oil change and camera upgrade. Confirmed twice prior to today. When my vehicle was done I was told the did a 5000 check and the upgrade. Was told I needed to schedule the oil change soon
Needless to say I went home very frustrated.

Dan does a great job. I did have an oil puddle beneath my truck overnight. I think it is probably from some excess oil during the oil change. Probably nothing but I’ll keep an eye on it. But your shop is great, Dan is great!
