When I got back in my car my glove box had been opened and part of the contents were on the front floor. I don't know why anyone would need to be in the glove box. Other than that I was very happy with the service but I don't appreciate anyone looking through my car.

Dan is very professional and wants to make sure his customers are satisfied and I think that is wonderful.The only thing I think he needs to let the customers know that if he says come in anytime to let them know when the automotive and when he is out to lunch. I brought my car in at 11:50. If it was not for my daughter picking me up, I would have waited for my car from 11:50 and I didn’t get out of there until 4:30ish. Which was upsetting to have to wait that long.
