We received good service from Dan Proffer and Pueblo Toyota. My only concern was the difficulties in getting through to the service department over the phone. There wasn’t an efficient way to leave a message so they could call you back. Overall, my service was very good and we were happy.

Dylan was awesome. I tried one afternoon to call to find out the status of my vehicle but the ladies that answer the phone must have been on a coffee break. I tried 3 times and then finally got in my other Toyota and drove down to the dealership to find out the status of my repair. I didn't not appreciate having to drive down there because those ladies won't answer the phone. Dylan was great!!
