The employee was very kind and helpful when I asked to know about the multi point inspection. It would have helped to see the different areas on the computer screen as previously employees walked me through it in the past. Also, I did not realize that my truck also was due for a tire rotation until after I left. I will need to schedule another appointment.

My appt for the oil change was at 10:45. At 12:15 I was told "the tech had to go to lunch" "it will be 30 more minutes" at 12:45 the truck still wasn't done. Nothing was communicated to me. At 1:30 it was finally completed.there was a deduction in the cost but I have gone to your service center for 20 years. This was the worst experience I have had! 2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change...unacceptable!
