My appt for the oil change was at 10:45. At 12:15 I was told "the tech had to go to lunch" "it will be 30 more minutes" at 12:45 the truck still wasn't done. Nothing was communicated to me. At 1:30 it was finally completed.there was a deduction in the cost but I have gone to your service center for 20 years. This was the worst experience I have had! 2 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change...unacceptable!

I dropped off my car for a scheduled recall at about 9am on Thursday morning. I received a call telling me my car needed a gasket replaced for the recall. The part should be in the next day. The advisor promised he would make it a priority in the morning and call when my car was done. Flash to Monday morning, I have no car and no call. I finally got ahold of a human at 9am. That's when I was informed nothing had been done. I was not happy. The advisor did nothing to but let me know he had other people that walked in that he was dealing with. He finally offered me a a shuttle ride to work after I informed him he has left me stranded for the day. When ibtold him a shuttle would not help with my home health care job, he never offered a loaner for the inconvience, but he did say he did not want to waste anymore time speaking with me and would now be getting my part to the mechanic. That means he left me on hold for 10 minutes then talked to me with my part in his hand the whole time. He made me feel like it was my fault he broke his promise. He made me not trust this business. I feel I got spike to this way because I am a woman. He was very apologetic to my husband, not to me. Every sorry I got came with a but...

60 miles, on way home, oil light comes on!! Looking at issue oil is all over frame, appears components are disconnected.
Another major issue for me to overcome!
This is second visit to your service department I have experienced very serious issues. (Refer to my previous evaluation.) Purple ribbon incompetence! Do better!

My only issue is with whoever is answering phones. I consistently am told to hold while they go to the service department and/or transfer my call to the service department. However after remaining on hold my call is either dropped or sent to the voicemail service. And I never receive any call backs from my dropped calls but also never receive a call back when I leave a voicemail. Not even when I call and no one answers it goes right to voicemail. And yes I make sure to always state my name and phone number even though I'm sure that u guys have caller ID and I know it's possible for the voicemail service to retrieve the callers phone #. So I know it's not an issue with a lack of information as to why I don't get a returned call. I do however get the feeling that my calls must not be getting taken very seriously. Both because of no reply to my voicemail and also because of how my calls and the questions I ask. before I get disconnected,are handled. There is definitely a dismissive feeling to any answers I do get (although usually I am cut off before being transfered, before being put on hold & before the call is dropped or sent to boicemail). But it is rare that the person answering ur phones will listen to my full question or explanation I give for the information that I requested. Instead it's a short reply that doesnt answer my question and an offer to go ask the service department on my behalf (with only a partial understanding of what information I need (since my question never gets finished being asked). Although usually I think Im told that I can be transfered to the service department to talk to them, placed on hold and eventual get my call dropped/sent to voicemail.
This is all extremely frustrating and not exactly professional if u ask me. I used to be the secretary at a small business since the about the mid 1990's so I do know and understand the proper phone etiquette that should be expected at any buisness/corperation.

The service employees Dan and Paul were fantastic. I am frustrated with the warranty company being so nit picky, they needed a diagnosis in order to provide me a rental but in order to diagnose the service tec needed more time to assess the car. This is to no one's fault it's just frustrating and seems a bit backwards to me.
