I dropped off my vehicle at 930. I was told I would be notified when repairs were completed, I wasn't. I arrived at 345 and the service rep didn't know and had to check. Iwas able to get the vehicle and go. When I started to drive off I noticed my main screen was not working. Turned around and the service rephad to talk to the repair man had to do a reset on my system.

Tyler did a good job in providing answers to my questions. How ever the video provided by tech. Paul Suiter had an Impact Gun noises going on in the background from other technicians, that I could not understand technicians Paul report of his inspection of my vehicle.

Please review my earlier feedback prior to seeing the brake fluid leak on my garage floor. I didn’t know it was brake fluid until I returned the car for inspection. I took a photo of the leak that was 3.5 ft. X 5 inches wide. The report by the mechanic and the Service Advisor is that it was caused by overfilling and some excess dripping. I think this is not accurate due to the amount of fluid under and beside the car when I first noticed. So, if it was an oil leak or water leak I wouldn’t be so alarmed. Should I have driven the 20 minutes to the dealership with leaking brake fluid? And I’m out the return trip, wait for the inspection and verdict, then advised to buy a bottle of ‘brake fluid remover’ to clean it up. The car seems fine now, but how do I know? Trust? I paid over $300.00 for the service and did not receive any consideration for inconvenience, or cleanup. Is this how a very loyal Toyota customer is treated? 4 cars over 20 years. Just sayin’——is this Toyota agency having a hard time staying open? It seems advisor staff is overwhelmed most of the time—just perception? I’ve used this senior advisor over the years, but otherwise it’s Always a new, very young person that eventually greets you. Let’s have Toyota Servive continue to help sell good cars!

Thank you, I have filled out the survey today. The mechanics found some issues in my car that needed attention and I'm waiting for the parts to come in to have them repaired.

It’s now a people question. Training, Check- in staff, mechanics, and follow through. I only see the check-in and out people and the van driver not the mechanic. So the rest is how you’re treated at check in and pure trust. Why do I believe every thing is done right?

When customers are waiting in line, it’s customary for service staff to acknowledge them with something as simple as, “I’ll be with you shortly.” During our visit, three different groups waited in line for over 10 minutes, and two service technicians were not actively helping another customer. It felt as though no one was aware that customers were standing there. I understand that the team is busy, but a brief acknowledgment would go a long way in preventing frustration and avoiding unnecessary confrontations. A small amount of communication could greatly improve the customer experience.

I was very displeased with my service. I live in La Veta and have a 3 1/2 hour round trip. No one came to me and reviewed the service while I was in the waiting room. Oil change - fine. Checking out was told by the young man that everything was fine. I do not access my phone while driving. And when I returned home I checked my text messages and discovered the internal filter was dirty and should be replaced. I would have approved this. Now, I have a dirty filter which should have been replaced! So..I am not pleased! I think you should replace the filter at no charge since it is your mistake! Please respond by calling ****-****-xxxx.
