Had a 1:00 appointment for what I was told would be a one hour procedure. 2 hours and 15 minutes later we got out. Why make an appointment if you’re not going to do the work then?

I scheduled an 8am appointment on Monday November 4th. I received a check in text at 7:58am. I was one of two people who arrived first to the dealership. As time passed, I saw the man who arrived when I did called to the desk about 1 hour after arrival. I went to the desk and spoke to Bianca. My car had never been taken back to be worked on! After waiting 2hours I saw my car pulled up in the parking lot. The 10K Toyota Care was completed but the glitch in my Car Play had not been addressed. I have had good service experiences when Tristan works. In the future I will only schedule a service appointment when Tristan is working. He watches his service tickets and keeps me updated as needed including when there is a delay. The redeeming part of my service experience was when Devin went with me into my car to set up my car’s technology fixing my CarPlay so I had Bluetooth access. I bought my RAV4 hybrid from Pueblo Toyota in Feb 2024. My technology was never set up when I purchased the car. This is the second time I came in with problems. Thanks to Devin, my Bluetooth is now fixed! Kudos to Devin for the time and effort he extended. Also thanks to Robbie who always is so kind and helpful when I pull my car into the bay! He is very caring and always strives to improve my service experience!

They put 4 new tires on my car—which were fine. When I went home I noticed one of my headlights was out. The headlights were both working when I brought the car in for the tires, so I brought it back to the shop. The master mechanic came out and found one of my headlights was blown. I bought a new one and he replaced it free of charge. I maintain that it was highly likely the mechanics could have jostled the headlight when installing the tires on the lift.

The technician didn't tighten down the part that keeps the oil in causing it leak aguant puddle in my garage leaving a stain. Thank goodness Grease Monkey was open and able to help me free of charge.

I waited two hours for a 15,000 mile service where I didn’t get an oil change. I live two hour from Pueblo and wasn’t expecting a two hour wait. I had to walk up to the service counter and ask about the wait to finally be told my car was ready. I feel like I was forgotten about. Usually the service is great but this time around was not a positive experience.
