Dan was extremely helpful and kept me updated. Kudos to him. It was upsetting to sit there for 3 hours and not have my truck fixed. I now have to make a second trip to Pueblo. I live 2 hours away. Thank you Dan for your help even though I was frustrated.

Everything was great. With one exception. I had just thoroughly detailed my car. When I picked it up after the service was finished there was footprints all over the driver side. Obviously they did not use plastic. Very disappointing had to redo everything. Not to mention the fact that they always roll the windows down and it gets it all messed up. I know they have to try the wiper blades, but that was a mess as well. Those things need some improvement.

We have taken my car in twice for the trunk to be fixed and neither time was it fixed. Also, the electrical component was not able to be fixed and had to be ordered. We have wasted time coming there and back two different times and now I have to bring it in a third time. The technician wrote on the comments the trunk was fixed each time and every time I tried it, it wasn’t fixed. I even brought a tech out and and they saw that it wasn’t fixed.
