Lizzy was great she communicated every step of the way and answered all of my questions. Lizzy was a solid 10/10 My below comments have nothing to do with her service.
I was a little frustrated about having to leave work to come return the car to stock when it was sold with a tuner and the tuner was present. That isn’t Lizzy’s fault, and I understand there are liability issues there but considering the car was sold to me with that tune and flash device and has an extended warranty purchased through the dealership knowing about the tune.... I would think it would have been smoother. Not only did I miss out on work but it cost me another day with a rental vehicle since a loaner was never offered.
I understand loaner vehicles aren’t always available.

I asked for them to show me the impact mark on the wheel right where the bubble is on the tire indicating it was caused by a road hazard. Neither person could locate the impact mark for me. There is a curb scuff but it's not close to the bubble. I believe the tire is defective and should be replaced.
