Pettus Ford in De Soto was great to deal with. Lizzy at the service desk was very kind and was able to get me in 2 days after calling to make an appointment. They were able to update my transmission quickly and I was able to pick up my truck the very next day. They were very appreciative of my notes I left and made my truck shift like new again.
