Front desk and service supervisor were great. Tire rotation was not, being the wheel fell off my car while driving, less than a mile down the highway while driving. No issues with customer service, just wrecking the vehicle afterwards

Immediately after my vehicle was serviced, I am experiencing a loud scraping sound from the driver side front wheel area. I attempted to call your service but they were already closed. I did reply back to the text thread about the problem as well. I will be contacting service first thing Monday morning about fixing whatever problem that was caused due to it being serviced in your shop. There was no sounds prior to service and according to the paperwork, they performed a multi point inspection including the brakes with no issues. The vehicle was in for an oil change and tire rotation. I am unhappy that I now have to deal with servicing a vehicle that was fine when it went into your shop.
