The changed procedure is less personal but probably imore efficient. I get confused by the special offers that arrive online often - the statement that we must ask for discounts as the order is being written order is so hard to do and then follow through.. I think I missed the amount today allocated if the car is more than 10 years old. My car was purchased by me new and is a 2010 .Prius.
Checking out was a challenge because the young man doing the final paperwork spoke so softly despite my leaning forward and asking him to repeat because I couldn’t hear him. It would have been better customer service (training hint) for him to realize I am hard of hearing and speak louder. As it was my son repeated what he said. With an aging population and the many young people with hearing loss it would really help if customer service people were aware of the clues.
Malissa who signed me in was excellent: she wil be a great customer service person.
In the past Smart Motors has been a quality business with excellent customer service - I hope the new owners listen to their customers and employees and continue to be the best - in workmanship and customer service.
