It took me going to another dealership for the sakes agent to finally offer me a car. I’ve called, emailed, texted and left voicemails. Nothing until I went to another car dealership. That is not good customer service.

Was told brake flush was due on 5/25/24 and did so. Saturday 9/28/24 my wife Michelle arrived at Smart for an oil change and was told the brake fluid needed flushing. This was NOT needed.Charged $136.00 that was unnessary
