Express lane techs wear black gloves while working. They also wear the same gloves while driving my vehicle. Some techs are using industrial sprays and other chemicals that I do not want on my steering wheel or other surfaces in my vehicle. Also, unlike before moving to express lane system in May for oil changes, the seat is not covered and a floor mat cover is not provided. Would like to see changes made in those regards. Thank you.

Made appt 2 weeks ahead of time. Arrived at 730am. I did get a loaner. At 430 pm was told they had not gotten to my vehicle and needed until Monday. I had to cancel plans for the weekend because I couldn’t tow stuff up north and take my dogs.
Now 2 days after getting my truck back I get notices that the passenger rear door is unlocked. Check physically and the door is locked. Now the mirrors will not fold in and remote start does not work.
$65,000 spent with you and I’m not happy at all.

Waited 4 plus hours problem is not fixed! Light came on again today. We didn’t drive the car. We will be bringing the car back tomorrow to the full service side to be fixed hopefully.
From the express side tires are not the same pressure as their team member discovered. We had 1 patch that did not work. Came back to you next day for another patch. Next am light on again. Full service side —Please check out each sensor on each tire. I need my car to be safe. Linda Kellogg.
