Nothing that Melissa did. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:00 am for some brake work. I asked if it could be done by 3:00 and it was agreed upon. I called at 4:00 and it was just getting finished.

Ian was great. My concern is with my visit on 11/19/24 when my Camry had tire rotation and the issue with the tire pressure system could not be fixed with just properly inflated tires. Yet today, I was told properly inflating my tires fixed the tire pressure system not working. Something doesn’t add up, Ian handled the situation very well and was a pleasure to work with. Jason B
