This was my first time at smart Toyota, usually I’d go to East Toyota as it’s closer to my home but being unsatisfied with their work I decided to come to Smart instead. Initially I was skeptical but after talking with Sam and Ian we found a solution to my skepticism and the technician solved my vehicles issues in a timely manner. I will suggest smart Toyota to my friends and I will certainly be back in the future. Thanks for making sure I had a positive experience.

I really appreciated that he advised that I could possibly obtain a rental car and did when I didn’t know I was leaving it all day. Not his fault I previously called it in. He also noticed I had another service appointment 2 weeks from now and advised I should combine them. I thanked him for bringing it up and accepted. I like the initiative he took.
