Thank you for asking this question.I was frustrated because I was given a wrong time when my car was supposed to be done.I came in at 9 am,I got the notification at 11:20 am that my car was finished and ready to take home
but when I got to the front desk the guy said that my car is not ready and the girl who was assigned to me was on break.I said okay after 20 mins I asked the guy again as I have errands to do with my kids and the girl told me that my car won’t be done not until 2 or 3 pm.I explained them that it was not I was told but I had to make a last minute changes with my appointments and was stressful.They told me they can give a loner car so I can get to where I needed to go but my point was I was not given a proper incentive due to inconvenience of my time.I appreciate the 10% off of labor but I was hoping I could have gotten atleast 10% of my total bill.I’ve been going there for 7 years now and only the first time I felt frustrated of the service or miscommunications.Thank you.

Our Representative Mellissa was fantastic, and advocated for us to get a loaner when an essential part was backordered. However, when Mellissa was ill, Smart seemed to have no way to pick up the slack and respond to my numerous voicemails and texts. This almost resulted in my picking up a loaner because I had not been informed my car was already repaired. It was only by chance that I discovered my car was ready. So it's a systems problem that need to be corrected. But Mellissa was just great.
