Service reps need to explain the costs in the service completed. What the heck are shop supplies for an oil change? How many rags do you need? Do we pay for the soap for handwashing too? This makes an oil change $125? Wow. Smart Toyota make one smarts. Oh the coffee and 15 point inspections and car wash are NOT free?
