I came in for service and also asked that the stuck small center plastic storage compartment door be unstuck without breaking it. When I was told the car was ready, I assumed the small door issue had been addressed, but when I got in the car to drive away, I discovered the stuck plastic door issue had been overlooked.

The Highlander that I purchased 2 weeks ago has a hatch that opens sometimes. However, because the problem would not occur in the shop for the mechanic, they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it even though I recorded the issue on my phone and showed it to the person who checked me in. This is a known problem for 2020 to 2025 Highlanders. You have a Highlander Hybrid limited that I am getting and trading the black demon car for. Hopefully, it won’t have the same problem. If it does, Icwill go the Honda Pilot route.

I felt that I was not given satisfactory communication regarding the service of my vehicle. I made an appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation at 10:00 am. I dropped my vehicle off early, for my ride. I had not heard anything all day and finally reached out around 3:30, I received word at 4:10 that my vehicle would be done in 10 minutes. Updates would have been nice and I feel that my service was not prioritized because I did not wait for my vehicle at the dealership. I did not get a text that my vehicle was done until 4:45 and thus had no transportation for the day. Overall very dissatisfied as we have two Toyotas in our household that we service there and were left underwhelmed.
