One ongoing frustration has been that i never get the Advisor Excel discount. Each time I check my vehicle in and tell them that i get the discount, they routinely tell me, “I’ll mark that down so you get that discount “ and I never get it. Not a huge deal but I never not like paying less.

Chris was great. However, my car got skipped over several times and the oil change/tire rotation lasted over 2 hours. Chris got 3 guys to rush it so I could get to my next appointment, but when they put the tires back on, the middle part of the hub cap, with the Toyota symbol fell off when I was less than a mile away from the dealership. I need you all to replace it please.

was fantastic. He was polite, kept me informed, talked with me and was excited with me about my new to me car! When I called to schedule the appointment it was supposed to last 45 minutes. When I dropped it off the told me 90 minutes. By the tine it was done it was over 2 hours. I had to ask twice to get picked up. Now with the new software up date, my seatbelt alarm goes off for seats with no passengers. I did business for years with Aristocrat Motors, Cable Dahmer, and Ed Bozarth. They treated me right and didn’t make me feel like I’d wasted my time. By the way, I lost my entire day waiting on the 45 min job. I guess what they say about Toyota customer service is true. Now I have to bring it back so you can figure the software glitch out, I lose another day with that.
