Steve was awesome. We were traveling from Omaha Friday afternoon on the Holiday weekend when we broke down . Steve got on the ball right away and got iour van in and put his best mechanic Mike Lovejoy on it. Mike diagnosed the issue right away and they got the part ordered and Mike started tearing everything apart, so it would be ready to go when the part got there Saturday morning. Mike also volunteered to come in on his day off Saturday to get us back up and running since we were out of town. The repair was done around 1140am Saturday and they close at noon on Saturday, but Steve stuck around and waited until I could get back from where I stayed the night which was 40 min away. Got the van picked up around 1230pm. Steve and Mike were 2 of the most professional and courteous individuals I’ve ever dealt with in the car industry. Thank you to the both of them for keeping what could have been a stressful weekend, stress free.

Lewis Toyota was able to get me in within 30 minutes when I needed my battery replaced. The service was fast and I was able to get in quickly without an appointment. This was a lifesaver as a college student without any family living in town!

I had an appointment for my 20,000 mile Toyota care oil change and to fix a recall out on my Highlander. My appointment was at 1:15 and I was there for two and a half hours with an infant. It’s frustrating when you make an appointment and you still have to wait and do not get in at your appointment time. I then received a phone call the following day letting me know that the recall was not completed despite the paperwork saying that it was, and that I needed to reschedule another appointment for the recall. I live an hour away and so making it to town for these appointments and arranging childcare for my two kids is not easy and so I am very disappointed with the whole situation.

This was for a regular oil change service and rotation of tires. I'd mentioned a couple things to watch out for on this service from a couple of things I noticed on the previous service interval. When I went to pick up the vehicle, which was done in a timely manner, I noticed that they had not rotated the tires as requested, which was also on the invoice. I voiced my concern to Steve, who immediately followed up and with the previous concerns I had mention when I dropped off the vehicle, he made things right with the customer. Steve went above and beyond expectations of correcting the situation. As a maintenance managing professional myself, Steve did a great job at handling the situation and I think that any follow-up from this needs to be more with the technicians and the quality of service provided at the point wrench turning. I've never been a dealership person and always did most of my servicing myself, but as vehicles in life has gotten more complicated, I rely on Lewis Toyota to handle my vehicle maintenance repair needs. In parting, I would say a little more QA review needs to be done to make sure the techs are providing what is being requested and what the managers are conveying to the customer. Again, kudos to Steve for his follow-up and making the outcome of this interaction a positive one.

I was disappointed in how long it took for a simple oil change, but I was more disappointed that my car was dirty when they were done. The carpet was clean when I dropped it off, and it had dirt and grass on it when I picked it up. I expect to be treated with more respect.

Service was great as always. The only issue I had was that I had an appointment, but when I arrived, there were around eight vehicles in line ahead of me. It took around two hours and it usually doesn’t take near that long.

They never spoke to me about what they did, if the cabin filter needed changed or they did and I don’t know what some of the charges were for. Last time I was there they would come in and tell me what needs to be changed. They didn’t put a new windshield wiper on the hatchback this time. But yet you charged me $160
